All orders are processed in the order they are received. They are fulfilled usually within one business day except for weekends and holidays.
You will receive a confirmation for your order through email. We do not charge your credit card till your order is ready to be delivered to the shipping company. Once your order has been processed and fulfilled you will receive another email with the tracking number associated with your order. You should be able to track your order within 24-48 hours. We use the United States post office and or UPS for shipping. In most cases, your order will ship Priority Mail through USPS if you live on the east coast. Orders outside of the east coast may be shipped by UPS.
Shipping is free on orders over 50.00. For orders under 50.00, there will be a flat charge of 5.99 with the balance of shipping charges being paid by Stone Savior.
Transit time is generally 1 to 3 business days. The delivery time will be determined by USPS depending upon the distance from our facility to its final destination. There can be delays in delivery time depending upon the weather and time of year the order is placed.
